TRANS-ASIA INDUSTRIES SDN BHD was incorporated on August 15, 1997 to take advantage of new regulations and higher standard requirements for the transportation industry. With the objectives of providing a higher safety standard and a more efficient system for transportation services by supplying new technologies, quality equipment and components. Since its inception, the company has undertaken numerous projects in transportation industry.

Its equipment has been used by many MNC such SHELL, CALTEX, EXXON-MOBIL, PETRONAS, NISSAN, HINO and various haulage and transportation companies.

Since year 2005, the company had embarked into vehicles modification and equipment fabrication such as mobile fuel dispensing system, mobile kitchen, meals on wheel trailer. These equipments has been accepted and currently being used by Malaysian army.

The company is now actively venturing into other areas of business including the re-furbishment and contract services of equipment, as well as expending into the oversea market.
